We&039;ve assessed over 1 billion consumers across four countries, and we&039;re on a mission to provide 100 million credit lines using the power of AI and Big Data.What You&039;ll Do• Manage the end- to- end data labeling process for various machine learning projects, ensuring high- quality and accurate annotations of datasets.• Review, audit, and validate labeled data to ensure compliance with predefined labeling standards and guidelines.• Work closely with data scientists and research engineers to understand the specific data needs and annotate data for machine learning and model training.• Conduct thorough quality checks, identifying and addressing inconsistencies or errors in labeled data.• Review and improve data quality assurance workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvement.• Provide feedback to data scientists and help improve annotation guidelines based on model performance and project requirements.• Support the development and maintenance of internal documentation and processes for data labeling and QA.• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve data- related issues.• Monitor and report on data labeling progress, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are maintained.• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize data collection, annotation, and quality assurance processes.

What We&039;re Looking For
• Knowledge of data privacy and ethical considerations in data labeling is a plus.
• Experience with quality control processes and workflow optimization is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to ensuring data accuracy and quality.
• Experience with data annotation tools and platforms is a plus.
• Good communication skills (in Vietnamese) to collaborate with cross- functional teams and provide feedback.
• Familiarity with Python or other programming languages used in data processing is a plus.
• Ability to work carefully, independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and how labeled data feeds into model training.
• You will be expected to work 20 hours a week, with flexible scheduling options available.
