Summary:
Manage and grow existing customer accounts within a specified area by ensuring contract fulfillment, pursuing business expansion opportunities, and maintaining high customer satisfaction to secure long- term revenue, profit, and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute local Account Management programs, implement cluster/group- wide account management initiatives, and complete other essential tasks assigned by management.
- Develop winning strategies, build effective solutions, and formulate commercial approaches to successfully secure renewals and business expansion.
- Actively manage and enhance customer satisfaction by conducting customer visits, efficiently handling complaints, ensuring timely enquiry responses, and understanding customer needs and insights.
- Implement existing customer contracts, ensuring delivery of Air Liquide Vietnam commitments and contract compliance, executing necessary price updates, and providing support for debt collection.
- Maintain vigilance against competitor activity (customer defense) while strategically identifying the optimal time for contract renewal and business expansion.
