Team Management
Recruit, train, and develop the Overseas team.
Organize regular team meetings and ensure effective communication.
Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and regular one- on- one meetings.
Set team goals, monitor KPIs, and support career development.
Operations Management
Maintain strong relationships with agents, customers, and service providers.
Coordinate with internal departments and overseas agents to ensure smooth shipment handling.
Monitor operational performance and resolve service issues.
Oversee daily overseas operations and ensure shipments follow company SOPs.
Sales & Business Development
Participate in closing major business opportunities and retaining key customers.
Develop and maintain overseas agent network.
Manage department budget and achieve assigned KPIs.
Stay updated with market trends and provide solutions to clients.
Support internal sales with quotations, routing solutions, and logistics expertise.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship- building skills.
Good command of English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent); Chinese is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Import- Export, or related fields.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve KPI targets.
At least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics (US, UK, or China trade lanes preferred).
Good organizational and communication skills
