Outlet Manager

- Organize staff to follow the approved standard procedures. Make changes, improve processes as needed
- Build a team that meets the defined job requirements
- Set up standard procedures for professional guidance for all positions in the restaurant
- Build quality staff next door for the restaurant management board
- Have a deep understanding of the hotel’s Mission & Vision and integrate this into outlet’s daily activities
- Monitor daily revenue and expenditure reports
- Implement and supervise the implementation of personnel policies and regulations of the restaurant
- Communicate effectively within the organization at all levels using the most appropriate communication method for the matter concerned.
- Assist with the development outlet&039;s annual business plan.
- Monitor the use of the restaurant&039;s brand identity system and make changes accordingly
- Coordinate with related departments to develop marketing plan for restaurants and organize the implementation according to the approved plan.

- Control costs whilst ensuring the hotel’s guest gets expectation are exceeded.
- Organizing training personnel, assigning work and assessing the quality of personnel
- Develop a plan to implement the targets of sales, profit assigned

Guest passion and a problem solving skills.

At least 02 years of experience in the same position at 5 star hotels and resorts
Exceptional communication skills English and Vietnamese, verbally and written.
Excellent skills in Guest service and Public Relations.
Good knowledge in F&B, FB trends, with main focus in healthy and vegan food and beverage options, a business developer who can manage multiply outlets, trains the team and is well organized.
