Outlet Manager

Meliá Ho Tram Beach Resort is seeking a dynamic and results- driven Outlet Manager to lead restaurant operations and drive service excellence, revenue growth, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service Excellence

Oversee opening & closing procedures and ensure compliance with hotel standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and guest- focused environment at all times
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring proper follow- up
Ensure highest standards of service, hygiene, grooming, and restaurant set- up
Take full responsibility for the overall operation and administration of the outlet

Implement flexible scheduling based on business needs
Conduct regular team briefings and meetings with the kitchen team to drive continuous improvement
Lead, coach, and inspire the outlet team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Train staff on outlet concept, service standards, and brand expectations

Prepare annual budget and manage monthly Profit & Loss statements
Drive top- line revenue through upselling and strategic initiatives
Control costs, minimize wastage, and monitor inventory & operating supplies
Analyze outlet performance and present monthly reports

Stay updated on local restaurant trends and strengthen the outlet’s market presence
Collaborate with Executive Chef and Head Chef on menu development
Ensure compliance with Brand Standard Audit and internal audits

At least 2 years in international hotels in the same position.
Wine and Spirits knowledge
English- Good level, written & spoken
Computer Skills, Letter writing skills
Barista knowledge, Mixology
1 year in the same position in hotels of similar category and services.
College degree or above
