To proceed our mission of bringing CSE to more than 3 million children across the nation, WeGrow Vietnam is looking for talents in the position of Growth Marketing Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Guide editors and writers to develop a content roadmap.
Drive organic visitor growth for our businesses. You’ll be accountable for this key number and responsible for understanding trends, performance, and forecasting growth.
Strong influencer and executioner, with the ability to translate recommendations into results.
Develop an overall acquisition strategy with particular emphasis on SEO. Identify and prioritize top opportunities, and ensure alignment across product, content, and marketing teams through effective communication and actionable recommendations.
Partner with Brand, Performance, CRM, and other core marketing functions to collaborate on end- to- end consumer acquisition strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in branding or organic growth marketing
Understanding or expertise in SEO
1+ years of work experience in team leader or associate branding manager
Experience working with editorial content teams to improve channel distribution
Experience with performance marketing or web user experience (UX)
3+ years of work experience in growth marketing, strategy consulting, or business operations at a high growth B2C company
Demonstrated track record of delivering business outcomes and/or products that move the needle on company metrics

Working hours: Monday to Saturday morning (8:30 AM- 12:00 PM; 1:30 PM- 6:00 PM)
