• Receive and manage a log of all phone calls, relaying information to relevant people. Receive guest- related information from the reception department such as: Guest arrival information, VIP room arrivals during the day..., notify relevant Housekeeping staff for timely preparation
• Send, receive, and check guests&039; laundry carefully carefully, correct quantity and correct number of rooms
• Coordinate with the Reception in checking the rooms and mini bars when guests check out
• Responsible for recording and managing lost items
• Receive and make reports on damaged or lost items and equipment... and send repair requests to the technical department
• Coordinate with the reception in checking the rooms with discrepancies
• Coordinate with the Reception in providing items when guests request more
• Control the expiry date of mini- bar items (exchange or transfer internally to the Restaurant department. For items with a 6- month expiry date, they must be exchanged or transferred one month in advance, for items with a 12- month expiry date, they must be exchanged or transferred two months in advance)
Yêu cầu công việc
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, persistent, honest in work.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience working at a 4- 5 star hotel is required;
• Good communication, persuasion, reporting, negotiation, and situation- handling skills;
