Order Staff (Import-Export)

Overall purpose of the job: Purchase automobile oversea parts
Main responsibilities:
• Report periodically about purchasing cost, order progress, supply situation.
• Know the process of purchasing & importing oversea parts.
• Control parts stock, make import plan based on market demand and sales plan.
• Prepare and check import- export document: contract, invoice, packing list, bill of lading, CO, CQ,....
• Update information of international automobile market: price trend, new source, new supplier.
• Negotiate price, trading terms, delivery condition (FOB, CNF, CIF...) with suppliers.
• Work with relating Depts (warehouse, accounting, certification, import- export,...) to ensure estimated arrival date.
• Create and follow up import- export orders from order step, L/C open or payment, until the parts arrive at warehouse.
• Follow up international cargos, handle issues of delivery, custom clearance, document,....

Education:
• Knowledge: Incoterms, custom clearance, Import- Export document.
• PC skill: MS office.
• Skills: Negotiation, communication, analyzing and trouble solving skills.
• Graduate University or College (Faculty: Automotive engineering technology and related fields)
• Foreign languages: English: reading, writing, communication; Japanese is an advantage.
• Experience: Field of Purchasing, Import- Export, Logistics or automobile parts are advantages.
• Characteristics: Careful, honest, responsible, work under pressure.
