Now, we are seeking a full- time on- site role for a Optometrist to work as part of a growing eye care clinic at the highest level in Vietnam.
EEC (European Eye Clinic) is the premier eye care center in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We provide personalized and Western standard eye care services including cataract and Prelex surgery, retina conditions and surgery, myopia management, etc. We aim to provide top- quality personalized eye care for everyone in a friendly and welcoming environment.
Job Description
• Provide personalized temporary and permanent solutions to sight issues based on each patient’s specific case and medical history.
• Book next appointments in cases where re- examination is required.
• Keep updated and accurate medical records for all patients.
• Perform comprehensive eye and vision tests.
• Prescribe medications, eyeglasses and contact lenses.
• Advise patients on proper eye care techniques.
• Train patients on how to fit, use and maintain their contact lenses.
• Refer eye doctors and ophthalmologists when patients need to undergo a surgery or in cases of severe eye injuries.

Requirements
• Attention to detail.
• Bachelor&039;s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Hands- on experience with eye examination tools, such as ophthalmoscope and tonometer.
• Degree in Optometry.
• The ability to explain medical terms simply and calmly.
• In- depth understanding of eye conditions and vision defects.
• Have 2- 3 years working experience as an Optometrist.
