Summary
20We are looking for an experienced Operations Assistant with a strong background in Management/Finance, who excels in operational strategy, team coordination, and organizational development. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and other departments to ensure smooth operations, effective financial management, and sustainable growth for the company.
Your Responsibilities
Collaborate with the CEO to set and execute the organizational vision, operational strategies, and staffing plans, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth goals.
Oversee company- wide operations, employee productivity, and cross- department coordination; foster a highly inclusive and performance- driven culture.
Other tasks as assigned by the CEO.
Supervise and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Translate company strategies into actionable goals and measurable performance indicators for departments, ensuring efficient execution and accountability.
Manage budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and compliance activities; work closely with the Accounting and Legal teams to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
Participate in company expansion activities such as investments, partnerships, and acquisitions.
Monitor operational performance, implement corrective actions when necessary, and prepare detailed reports for current status and future forecasting.
Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met and strictly followed.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements
Must have
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem- solving skills, with a proactive and result- oriented mindset.
Proven experience in Finance, with strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management or related roles; candidates must be between 26 and 32 years old.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and relevant management tools.
Fluent English communication skills (equivalent to IELTS 7.0+), both verbal and written.
Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and use business frameworks (e.g., SWOT, PESTLE) for decision- making.
Nice to have
Familiarity with task management and communication tools such as Trello, Slack, or WhatsApp.
Experience in the IT industry or working with technology companies.
Experience working with C- level executives and managing cross- functional teams.
