Operation Supervisor

Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and finance teams for seamless operations...
Develop and improve SOPs and logistics processes for greater efficiency and cost savings.
Monitor and ensure correct customs declaration using VNACCS/VCIS and ECUS5/VNACCS platforms.
Ensure all shipments comply with Vietnamese and international regulations.
Manage and lead the forwarding operations team to ensure timely and accurate cargo movement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities.
Oversee end- to- end freight forwarding activities for both imports and exports.
Analyze freight costs, delivery times, and vendor performance for reporting to senior management.

Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Chinese is a plus.
Deep understanding of Incoterms, customs regulations, and international shipping documentation.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Good business relationships with suppliers, especially with shipping lines.
Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
Bachelor’s degree of College/ University graduate preferred with Logistics, International Trade, or related disciplines, foreign trade, economics, majoring in international trading and transportation.
Advanced knowledge of VNACCS/VCIS and ECUS5/VNACCS is a plus.
