Operation Staff (Air Freight)

Problem Solving: Handle operational issues such as flight delays, cargo damage, and customer complaints.
Booking Management: Receive inquiries from customers/agents and process bookings with airlines.
Financial Tracking: Monitor and manage accounts payable/receivable with suppliers and customers.
Documentation: Verify and issue shipping documents (HAWB, MAWB, SI).
Shipment Tracking: Monitor the status of import/export shipments and provide timely updates to customers and agents.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
Age & Gender: No preference.
Experience & Knowledge: Deep understanding of the air freight market in Vietnam; well- versed in air import- export operational procedures. Minimum of 02 years of experience in air freight operations. Capable of independently managing the entire air import- export process.
Language Skills: Proficient in Chinese (both written and verbal); fluent in English.
