OPERATION MANAGER

The Companay deliver comprehensive supply chain solutions, spanning ocean freight, air freight, inland transportation, customs clearance, and warehousing. We are seeking an exceptional Operation Manager to optimize our operational efficiency and lead our dedicated teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Quality & Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to international regulations, Vietnamese laws, and the Group’s highest service quality standards.
Operations Oversight: Manage and supervise the entire End- to- End logistics process, including Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Inland Trucking, and Warehousing services.
Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts, manage performance, and maintain strategic relationships with ocean carriers, airlines, inland haulers, and third- party service providers.
Performance Optimization: Analyze and evaluate the performance of all transportation routes and operational workflows to propose improvement solutions, aiming to reduce costs and Turnaround Time (TAT).
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, train, and develop the Operations and Customer Service (CS) teams to meet and exceed set KPIs and objectives.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of multi- modal transport procedures, Customs regulations, and international trade compliance.
Personal Attributes: High sense of responsibility, strong systems thinking, and the ability to work effectively under high pressure.
Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, rapid problem- solving, and excellent negotiation skills.
Language: Proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the International Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry, with at least 2- 3 years in a management or Senior Supervisor role within Operations.
