Operation Manager / Trưởng Phòng Vận Hành Logistics

- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve order- related inquiries, resolve customer issues, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the order fulfillment process.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize order fulfillment processes, improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple fulfillment centers and optimize order fulfillment costs against company objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Oversee the team&039;s daily activities and ensure efficient and seamless order processing, inventory management and timely order fulfillment. Monitor inbound/outbound shipments and ensure on- time delivery term with minimal cost
- Plan and build products and services suitable to market needs
- Ensure that all orders are picked, packed and shipped accurately according to customer requirements and quality standards.
- Set goals, identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance metrics
- Analyze data, gather feedback, and implement process improvements or automation to streamline operations and reduce costs.

- Experience in operation and management in the field of transportation, forwarding, and logistics.
- Fluency in English
- Good negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Graduated from University/College majoring in Logistics, Import- Export, Economics or related majors;
