Onsite Malaysia - QA QC Engineer Manual Tester, Agile

Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications, including functional, regression, exploratory, and UI testing.
Review product requirements and specifications to design clear, structured test cases.
Collaborate with developers to reproduce bugs, verify fixes, and validate edge cases.
Log, prioritize, and track issues clearly using bug tracking tools like Jira.
Maintain and update test plans, test cases, and test data.
Conduct basic API testing using tools like Postman or Insomnia.
Share test results early and proactively raise quality concerns with the product team.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand- ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Proficiency with tools like Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar test management systems.
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and clear bug reporting skills.
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software testing principles.
Comfortable testing across different browsers, devices, and platforms.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaboration tools (Confluence).
Basic knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
2+ years of hands- on experience in manual testing or QA roles.

Experience testing RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or WebSockets.
Familiarity with performance or load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, K6).
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated regression testing workflows.
English is not required, but proficiency can be a plus — even in salary considerations.
Interest in building test scripts using JavaScript, Python, or Java.
