Onsite DN/ Sr Fullstack Dev AI Project / LLM

The Senior Fullstack Developer will be responsible for the following:

Optimize prompts for reproducible, explainable outputs.
Implement agents using LangGraph, LangChain, LangSmith, integrated with backend APIs.
Build full- stack features: React UIs for agent interaction, backend APIs for retrieval + reasoning.
Integrate with vector search (pgvector, Qdrant, Weaviate) for RAG.
Orchestrate workflows with Flowise/n8n + Temporal.
Implement evaluation + monitoring pipelines for agents (LangSmith).

Optional experience

Knowledge of retrieval policies, embeddings, and prompt evaluation frameworks.
CI/CD pipelines for rapid iteration on agent logic.
Prior work deploying production- grade AI agents.
Integrating agents into compliance- heavy environments (audit, lineage, logging).
Backend: Go, Python, or Node for API and orchestration layers.
Orchestration with Temporal, workflow UIs (React Flow, Node- RED).

The Senior Fullstack Developer will report directly to the Line Manager and will possess the following attributes:

Solid grasp of distributed systems + dataflow orchestration.
5+ years full- stack development, with LLM/AI exposure.
Ability to prototype rapidly while engineering for reliability.
Good English Communication Skills
Comfortable across Go, Python, Node, React.
