The
Senior Fullstack Developer
will be responsible for the following:
Build clean, responsive, and reusable UI components using Tailwind CSS and Shadcn/UI.
Collaborate with the team to deliver high- quality features on time.
Ensure secure, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Integrate and configure JSON- rules- engine to evaluate and execute business logic.
Implement and manage the Supabase database for data storage (e.g., rules, outcomes, test cases) and authentication where required.
Deploy and maintain the application on Vercel.
Implement form handling and validation with React Hook Form (or similar libraries).
Develop scalable frontend and backend features using Next.js (App Router, Server Actions, or API routes).

The Senior Full- stack Developer will report directly to the Line Manager and will possess the following attributes:
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Next.js (App Router, Server Actions, API routes).
Good experience with Supabase (database design, authentication, data queries).
Experience deploying and optimizing applications on Vercel or equivalent platforms.
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast- paced environment.
Strong understanding of full- stack development principles and web security best practices.
Willingness to complete a technical assessment as part of the hiring process
Being Able to work autonomous and proactive communication
Proficiency in React, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn/UI for UI/UX implementation.
Preferably Sprint or agency experience, not just Product Companies (The pace is different)
Adapt or open to working with AI powered IDE (Cursor, Windsurf)
Good knowledge of rule engines (preferably json- rules- engine) or similar logical evaluation tools.
Familiarity with React Hook Form or similar form- handling libraries.
