JOB DESCRIPTION
Revenue Growth & Account Expansion: Build strong relationships with parents to drive renewals, upsell relevant programs, and maximize student lifetime value.
Drive Trial- to- Enrollment Conversions: Conduct high- impact online consultations and product demos to clearly communicate course value, address parent concerns, and convert trial users into paid enrolments.
Sales Performance & CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates, track lead progression, and leverage data insights to continuously improve conversion rates and sales efficiency.Working hours: Monday to Saturday, from 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM (lunch break 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM).
Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management: Proactively engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring optimal trial class bookings and strong pipeline health
REQUIREMENTS
Availability: Willing to work full- time, 6 days per week (including weekends if required).
Language Proficiency: Native- level or Proficient English (Verbal & Written) to effectively consult with international clients in the Philippines/ Malaysia / Thailand.
Mindset: Proactive, energetic, and possesses a "Can- do" attitude—ready to embrace new challenges.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, or Business Development (Education/EdTech industry is a plus).
Performance: Goal- driven, persistent, and capable of performing well under high pressure to meet sales targets.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, detail- oriented, and disciplined work ethic.
