Commercial Planning & Execution

Forecast and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for growth andimprovement.
Manage the product range, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and profitmargins.
Collaborate with category and merchandising teams to ensure the right product mix isfeatured online.
Develop and implement the online trading strategy, aligned with overall business goals.

Website Merchandising

Optimize the online web/ layout, navigation, and product placement to improveconversion rates.
Ensure accurate and appealing assets

Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring

Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
Use analytics tools to identify customer behavior patterns and develop actionableinsights.
Regularly monitor KPIs, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and average ordervalue (AOV).

Customer Experience Optimization

Ensure online web & applications are fully functional, user- friendly, and mobileoptimized.
Manage customer feedback and use insights to implement continuous improvements.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Communicate trading performance and key opportunities to stakeholders.
Align with digital marketing efforts to drive traffic through SEO, paid media, emailcampaigns, and social media.
Partner with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless integration ofonline operations with broader business initiatives.

Criteria:

Innovative approach to solving challenges and maximizing opportunities.
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven ability to drive online sales and deliver commercial results.
Commercially driven with a customer- centric mindset.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with experience in data- driven decisionmaking.
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e- commerce platforms(e.g., Shopee, TikTok, Lazada).
Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast- paced environment.
5+ years of experience in e- commerce or online trading, preferably in a retailenvironment.

KPI:

Net Revenue, Net Profit against targets.
Good performance store point (Marketplace)
Healthy stock days
