Marketing Intern (E- Commerce)

JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB OVERVIEW
Theintern will support the Customer Service & Web Operations team in handlingcustomer interactions across e- commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTokShop), coordinating order processing, managing storefronts, and assisting withpromotional campaign operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in handlingcustomer inquiries, complaints and reviews — input and respond to customerinquiries, complaints and reviews from Shopee, Lazada & TikTok Shop.
Support order processingand coordination with internal teams, including emailing to confirm returnedproducts to the warehouse and store.
Ensure timely andaccurate responses to customer queries, following SLA.
Appeal penalties in themarketplace, e.g., submit an appeal for penalties on Shopee.
Escalate complex issuesto the appropriate team while keeping the customer informed, ensuring allescalations are documented accurately for tracking and reporting purposes.
Monitor daily sales andcampaign performance in marketplaces (e.g., traffic, conversion, best- sellingproducts, voucher usage).
Assist in storedecoration and merchandising (banner upload, homepage layout, campaign assets,and product tagging during campaigns).
Create and set up promosin the marketplace (vouchers, bundles, flash sales), ensure stock availability,and make sure products are correctly published and visible.
Activate and deactivateproducts in the marketplace according to request (new launch, clearance,stock- out, or price change).
Help monitor orderstatus and coordinate with the internal team if there are issues (cancellation,return, shipment delay).
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic understanding ofSEO and e- commerce content optimization.
• Active universitystudent (minimum 5th semester) or fresh graduate in Communication, Marketing,or related fields.
• Detail- oriented and ableto meet deadlines.
• Remote job
• Familiar with Shopee,Lazada, and TikTok Shop platforms.
• Available for afull- time internship for 6 months (available in working hour 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM from Mon- Fri)
• Proficient in Excel,Google Sheets, Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
• Creative, communicative,and a team player.
