JOB DESCRIPTION
You&039;ll get hands- on experience in both back- office and front- office operations for our cycling tours and team- building events. Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating with vendors, guides, and facilitators for logistics and supplies.
Supporting on- site event setup and breakdown.
Assisting in planning and communication with stakeholders for cycling tours and team buildings.
Maintaining inventory of equipment (bikes, helmets, props, etc.).
Managing customer bookings and responding to inquiries.
Preparing post- event reports and feedback summaries.
Contributing ideas to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Previous operation/project management internship (or experience) preferred but not required.
Qualification: Currently pursuing a 3 or 4- year undergraduate degree or postgraduate degree.
Skills:
Fluent in the national local language and English
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Proactive, eager to learn, and a good communicator.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge:
Understanding the Destination Management system is preferred but not required
Passion in outdoor activities
Attributes:
Humble – quick to point out the contributions of others, share credit, emphasize team over self, and define success collectively rather than individually
Smart – good judgment and intuition around the subtleties of group dynamics and the impact of your words and actions

You’ll craft storytelling- driven, SEO- optimized articles that showcase the hidden gems, culture, and flavors of Hanoi. Your words will help travelers connect with the city and inspire them to explore with heart.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring all content is accurate, genuine, and inspired by real local experiences — not AI- generated or rewritten.
Researching and writing original SEO articles about Hanoi’s destinations, local culture, and food & drinks.
Exploring Hanoi in person and talking with locals to gather fresh insights and human stories.
Following SEO best practices (headings, meta descriptions, internal linking, etc.) while maintaining an engaging and authentic tone.

Excellent research, writing, and editing skills.
Solid understanding of SEO structure and content optimization.
Proficiency with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
Proven experience in SEO writing, preferably in travel, culture, or lifestyle topics.
Knowledge:
Deep love for Hanoi — from its food stalls and alleys to its people and traditions.
Familiarity with travel trends and how to engage an international audience.
Attributes:
Creative – able to turn local stories into captivating experiences.
