MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Collaborate with the Business Development team to refine pitch scripts and strategies based on call performance
Introducing the company’s products/services and qualify prospects for sales conversion
Assist in researching and identifying new target markets and contact databases
Other preparation tasks are assigned by Line Manager and Senior Leadership.
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers and business leads based on provided scripts and target lists
Follow up with interested leads via phone or email to nurture engagement and schedule appointments with Business Development team
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions to uphold the company’s image
Record and update customer information, call outcomes, and feedback accurately in the tracking spreadsheet
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Excellent communication skills;
Flexibility, resourcefulness, and enterprising characteristics;
Strong business knowledge/background;
Have a good command of English (4 skills);
Candidate must be service- oriented, result- driven, and willing to handle challenging and tough assignments and workload;
2nd to 4th year students with Business or Economics related backgrounds are preferred.
