JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Overview
We are looking for experienced
foreign and native IELTS teachers
to deliver engaging
Speaking and Listening
lessons for Vietnamese learners. Classes are conducted both
nline and offline
, supporting students from
IELTS Band 4.0–7.0
to build confidence, fluency, and real test performance.
The ideal candidate is energetic, communicative, and confident working in both online and in- person teaching environments.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classes online and/or offline depending on scheduling.
Teach IELTS Speaking and Listening lessons (1- to- 1 and small groups).
Maintain professional lesson preparation and communication standards.
Monitor student progress and provide clear verbal feedback.
Adapt lesson delivery to suit Band 4.0–7.0 learners.
Provide pronunciation support, fluency training, and listening strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
IELTS Band 8.0+ or equivalent English proficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching IELTS or academic English.
Native or fluent foreign English speaker.
TESOL / TEFL / CELTA certification (required).
Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, and in- class teaching tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of IELTS Speaking band descriptors.
Experience teaching Vietnamese or Asian learners.
Strong pronunciation coaching and conversation management skills.
