About The Role We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a student or recent graduate who is looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic and fast- paced environment.
The HR Intern will support a wide range of HR activities and projects, including document management, recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding processes, employee engagement events, and general HR administration.
What You Will Do

Undertake other duties as assigned
Support employee engagement initiatives and office events
Provide general HR and administrative support, such as scanning, filing, pantry arrangements, and vendor coordination
Contribute to HR projects and process improvement activities as assigned
Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing and interview scheduling when required
Design internal communication materials and visual collateral, including event posters, welcome cards, slides, and announcements
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documents, collecting fingerprints, and conducting office tours
Assist with maintaining, organizing and preparing HR- related documents

What We Need

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor&039;s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a recent graduate
Keen attention to detail
Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Proactive and willing to take initiative
