JOB DESCRIPTION
Fulfill attendance records and feedback within 12 hours on Axcela’s Learning Management System (LMS) within 12 hours from the class start time.;
Communicate with the Academic Team weekly (if any);
Facilitate Axcela classroom materials (Powerpoint slides and class activities provided by us);
Other related teaching tasks are assigned by the manager (if any).
Complete and submit final feedback at least two weeks before the end of the course;
Responsible for teaching students as requested, focusing on improving their listening, speaking, and especially pronunciation skills in both online one- on- one and offline classes.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in MS Office, Powerpoint;
1- 2 years of Teaching experience with Adults (General English, Business English) and Senior Managers;
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, TESOL/TEFL or CELTA certification;
Experience in teaching Presentation, Meeting Skills, and Business English;
Energetic/dynamic/creative.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As an English Personal Coach, you will play a vital role in coaching adult learners in both General and Business English. Your responsibilities include delivering effective online coaching sessions, motivating students to practice speaking English, and ensuring compliance with assigned requirements. Additionally, you will provide regular reports to the Supervisor and contribute to a positive learning environment.
Conduct engaging and effective online coaching sessions, each session lasts 30 minutes.
Provide weekly updates to the Supervisor on assigned tasks.
Assist students in improving their English skills and achieving course goals.
Fulfill attendance records and feedback within 12 hours on Axcela’s Learning Management System (LMS) within 12 hours from the class start time.;
Motivate students to actively practice and enhance their English speaking skills.
REQUIREMENTS
Personal Computer proficiency.
Punctuality, patience, responsibility, and commitment to deadlines.
Register for a minimum of 9 hours per week, with a fixed schedule for a minimum of 4 months.
Strong English communication skills, with emphasis on pronunciation.
Flexibility in handling people and workplace challenges.
Third- year student or above.
Education: major in English pedagogy or English language or having TOEIC/IELTS certification (CEFR B2 or higher).
