JOB DESCRIPTION
About the Group:The Intern Digital Marketing position reports to the co- founders and supports the implementation of marketing strategies across various companies owned by the co- founders. These companies include a distributorship + retailer for parenting goods, a liveselling agency, and a business strategy consultancy. This role requires strong skills in campaign management (including ad buying), SEO/SEM, and social media management.
This internship is fully remote. However, due to the nature of the role, availability after- hours and on weekends may be necessary.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our brands’ marketing teams to schedule and plan content, contributing to global growth of our retail or brands’ social media presence
Conduct detailed and strategic social listening, reporting trends in our product segments
Assist in the execution of social media campaigns and collaborate with influencers and partners to expand our reach
Develop and execute innovative content strategies to boost engagement, including linked posts, memes, infographics, and video- based content
Utilize analytics tools to monitor content performance, identify trends, and derive actionable insights
Conduct ongoing research on social media trends, especially within the sustainability and baby goods sectors
Strategize to grow the digital footprint of brands across various social media platforms
Write compelling copy and design briefs for our graphic design team, adapting to different platforms
Manage and enhance our retail/brands’ presence on social media and chat platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram & WhatsApp
REQUIREMENTS
Our requirements of the candidate are:
Knowledgeable about ad buying and Google Analytics
Passionate about your craft, native knowledge of marketing- related topics such associal media adbuy, image best practices on various platforms, picking keywords foroptimization, etc.
High tolerance for ambiguity and spontaneity, ability to work with a multiculturalteam across multiple locations and timezones
Show strong creativity and cultural awareness
Proficient in conversational English ( Preference given to students from RMIT University )
Good ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
