JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the Marketing Manager with video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro
Create visual materials for corporate documents such as catalogues, datasheets, and company profiles (around 30 datasheets, approximately 15 pages each)
Support visual design for exhibition booths, including wall, floor, and related materials, in line with the company’s brand guidelines
Support the Marketing Manager in creating visual designs for social media when required
Update existing design files by replacing French text with provided English content (approximately 10 pages)
REQUIREMENTS
Good visual sense with an eye for detail
Good English communication skills, as the manager and colleagues are foreigners
Able to work on- site at the company for a few days during the initial period
Good teamwork and collaboration skills
Interest in working with data, technology, and product- related content
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
Flexible working hours with a self- managed schedule; availability for timely feedback between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) when coordination is required
Other Information
Work location: Office based in Thao Dien, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (on- site when required)
Priority will be given to candidates who submit a portfolio or Behance link
Project duration: 10–15 working days
