Talent Acquisition Specialist (Senior level)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Duties:
● Createa positive perception of the company culture through daily operations andsuccessful hiring.
● Extendoffers to successful candidates and package negotiations
● ConductOrientation program to new members
● Sourcingpotential candidates from different channels (social platforms, professional networks...)
● Providematerials to grow brand and culture initiatives on social platforms and bothinternal and external communication channels (Employer Branding)
● Determineselection criteria
● Organizeand attend job fairs and recruitment events
● Trackand manage recruitment data and system
● OrganizeInhouse Culture activities program.
● Coordinatingwith hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, understand the role and keyattributes required
● Planinterview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments andin- person interviews
* People management
● Leadand supervise recruitment members
● Provideon the job training for talent acquisitions about the company’s culture andvalues
● Trainother members on competency frameworks

REQUIREMENTS
● Atleast 03 years’ experience in the Recruitment role
● Positiveenergy and strong at problem- solving skills
● Goodat public speaking and organization skills
● Excellentverbal and written communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
Hands- on experience with full- cycle recruitingusing various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Candidates with prior IT experience or Japanese language skills are preferred.

Manage the end- to- end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluation.
Work closely with the Project Owner to understand staffing needs, providing consultation and support in needed.
Build and develop a pipeline of potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, personal networks, etc.).
Participate in employer branding activities, helping to position the company as an attractive employer
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and build a high- quality talent pool for both short- term and long- term hiring needs.
