We are seeking a detail- oriented and motivated IT Business Analyst Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are passionate about technology, business processes, and problem- solving. You will support senior Business Analysts and Project Managers in gathering requirements, analyzing data, and helping to design effective IT solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities
Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
Assist in creating presentations, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
Help prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Participate in testing activities, including preparing test cases, executing tests, and documenting results.
Support the creation of business process models, workflow diagrams, and system documentation.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams (IT, Product, Operations) to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
Conduct research and provide insights on industry best practices, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
High proficiency in English.
Previous working experience in BA is a plus.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Basic knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello) is a plus.
Strong interest in business analysis, IT systems, and digital transformation.
Analytical mindset with good problem- solving and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) or similar tools
