JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the design of visuals for social media posts
Design marketing and communication materials (brochures, leaflets, backdrops, standees, etc.)
Deliver visual and video content as required
Shoot and edit videos for communications, interviews, and events
Additional Tasks:
Assist with the preparation and organization of seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and partnership signing events
REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in basic design and video editing tools/software (e.g. CapCut, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)
3rd or 4th year student majoring in Marketing, Communications, or someone with prior experience in Design or Media
Enthusiastic, detail- oriented, eager to learn, and proactive at work
Passionate about technology and education, with good time management skills
Portfolio required: Please attach links or samples of your design and video products

JOB DESCRIPTION
Working as a part of the Technical Solutions Department, your role will be responsible for:
Customer Support
Qualifying and tracking the issues/inquiries raised by end- users
Working closely with the Global Support Team to resolve clients’ issues
Being the first- line supporter for customers seeking technical assistance within the client’ group
Product
Receiving client feedback and supporting the Shift Leader in collecting information to propose and prioritize product features for the Line Manager
Proactively monitoring the product and tracking bugs.
Localizing the product language to Vietnamese to ensure it is understandable for non- technical users
Testing and validating product quality before release
Technical Writer
Composing User Guide/User Manual/ New Feature Blog Post for end- users
Translate Product Documents and related documents to Vietnamese/English
REQUIREMENTS
Customer empathy
Passionate about technical products and understanding of customer needs
Experience in technical support or related fields is a plus
Currently a university student of a recognized institution (preferably 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year students)
Good communication in both verbal and written of Vietnamese and English
Ability to think critically and solve problems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to learn new things quickly

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or above
At least 1 year of B2B business development experience in the SaaS , technology, education sectors

Working knowledge of the sales process, CRM software, and sales performance metrics
