We are looking for a creative Marketing & Social Media Intern who wants to turn their scrolling habit into a career.
This is NOT a boring corporate internship.
You won’t be doing busy work. You will be:
Learning directly from a Singapore- based business owner.
Creating real content that gets published to a growing audience.
Experimenting with video editing and visual storytelling.

JOB DESCRIPTION
🎥 What You Will Do
Static Content Creation & Video Editing (The Fun Stuff)
Add catchy hooks, subtitles, trending audio, and smooth transitions to keep viewers watching.
Design aesthetic Instagram Stories and Carousels using Canva.
Create educational image posts focus on training, nutritions, health tips
Turn raw footage into scroll- stopping Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.
Edit workout tutorials, client transformations photos, and vlogs using tools like CapCut, PremierePro
Strategy & Growth (The Smart Stuff)
Write engaging captions (in English) that drive comments and DMs.
Track basic analytics: What got the most views? Why? How can we do it better next time?3. Paid Ads & Performance Marketing (The High- Value Skill)Run Social Ads: Assist in setting up and managing campaigns on Facebook, IG Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.A/B Testing: Test different video creatives and headlines to see what drives the most clicks and leads.Optimization: Monitor ad performance and help optimize the budget to get the best results.
Assist in planning the monthly content calendar.
Research trending audio, viral formats, and competitor content.
🧠 Who You Are
Social Media Native: You know the difference between a Reel and a Story, and you know what’s trending right now.
Bonus: You have a personal interest in Gym, Health, Nutrition or Wellness! 🏋️♀️
Creative Eye: You have a good sense of aesthetics, pacing, and visual storytelling.
English Fluency is a MUST: You can write captions and communicate with the team in English confidently.
Tech Savvy: Familiar with Canva and mobile video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, etc.).
Eager to Learn: You don&039;t need 10 years of experience, but you need a "can- do" attitude and a willingness to learn fast.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Familiar with Canva, Capcut or similar design tools
Self- motivated, reliable, and willing to learn fast
Good eye for aesthetics, pacing, and storytelling
Basic to intermediate video editing skills
Interest in health, fitness, or wellness (you don’t need to be a trainer)
Comfortable with Instagram & TikTok content creation
Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or related fields (students welcome)
