LOCATION
: Work from Home (Remote, only hiring in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia)
SALARY PACKAGE
Monthly: Starting from RM4,800 and above (upon completion of 160 hours per month) ~~ 30.000.000 VND
Full- time position
KPI: 160 hours per month
Contract: 12- month (Renewable based on performance)
WORKING OPERATION:
Time Zone: Malaysia Time
Working Days: 5 working days, 2 off days (flexible from Monday to Sunday)
Working Hours: Rotational Night Shift(Schedule set by the operations team, mandatory adherence to shift times)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Interpreter will translate verbal communication from one language to another and act as a medium for overcoming language barriers. This role requires the ability to manage calls from various industries, including education, healthcare, insurance, banking, and more. The position demands a strong mental capability to handle sensitive subjects effectively.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interpret questions, answers, statements, explanations, and other verbal exchanges.
Comply with ethical guidelines and professional standards.
Act as an Interpreter between diverse people with different voices, accents, speech speeds, and personalities.
Provide accurate translations of written materials and interpretations of verbal communication.
Complete daily activity logs and other documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
A stable internet connection and modern equipment (Laptop with webcam and mobile phone).
Strong mental capability to handle sensitive subject matters.
Excellent communication skills in both English and your native language.
Availability to work 160 hours per month.
