JOB DESCRIPTION
- Continuously contribute to the growth of the Project Manager team with initiatives and knowledge sharing.
- Receive the client’s requirement from the Product consultant, ensure thorough understanding, and clarify any concerns;
- Responsible for smooth internal & external communication with transparency and in a timely manner;
- Discuss with the Product consultant to navigate clients on the delivery milestones considering budget, human resources, time, quality commitment, and client satisfaction;
- Provide timely estimation to deliver the requirements with consideration of the resources availability, efficiency, and company’s direction;
- Responsible for project reporting and documentation;
- Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution;
- Supervise and track members’ daily progress to ensure on- track delivery;
- Proactive troubleshooting and risk sensing throughout the project life cycle;
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
- Experience working with global team, Project Management tools and Scrum/Agile methodology;
- Have at least 3 years of project management experience in I.T (Previous exposure to AI/ML projects is a huge plus);
- Understanding of software development process and delivery pipeline;
Knowledge & Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other Project management certificate is also appreciated;
- Proficient English ability
- Excellent international client- facing and internal communication skills with the global team;
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is a plus (but really, a can- do attitude and a proven track record of success would speak higher volumes);
- Enjoy solving complex problems and take pride in it;
- A self- starter capable of leading stakeholders and team members with a strong sense of ownership;
