Officer, Trades And Customs/ Chuyên Viên, Thuế Và Hải Quan (Logistics)

Interface with Authorities: Engage with local customs and tax authorities to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
Collaborate with Finance: Work with the Finance team to consolidate transactions related to liquidation.
Manage Liquidation System: Operate and improve the liquidation system effectively.
Liaise with Logistics Teams: Maintain close communication with regional and global logistics teams within Molex.
Update and Implement Customs Law: Stay informed about customs regulations and ensure their implementation.
Cost Improvement Solutions: Develop logistics, liquidation, and legal strategies for cost reduction.
Reporting: Provide reports to the General Director in Vietnam and the Regional Logistics Manager.
Vendor and Supplier Management: Participate in vendor and supplier selection and management processes.
Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Strong communication, organization, presentation, teamwork, and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of EPE manufacturing processes and systems.
Skills in Kaizen and innovation.
Proficiency in English and Excel.
Experience working in EPE companies is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience.
Familiarity with SAP, ERP, and Ecus systems.
Understanding of international and local customs procedures and tax laws.
Bachelor&039;s degree.
