Officer, Logistics

SCOPE OF WORK
As a Logistics Officer, you will support Line Manager to complete given Logistics task, being a center to support BU for issues related to all inbound/ outbound shipments, facilitate for Resort operation & resolve the pending Logistics task.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Perform all other Duties as assigned by the Head of Division from time to time, within the scope of job
• Control & manage the Customs declaration system VNACCS VCIS
• Work with Authorities related to cargo inspection On- site/ Off- side.
• Assist the team to complete Logistics tasks/ report assigned by the Management
• Cooperate with warehouse, BU to optimize the receiving process.
• Support BU’s issues/ matter related to delivery, Customs clearance, Tax payment & other paid to forwarders/ carriers or port/ airport, Gaming conversion process.
• Closely work with BU to assist the Gaming Conversion process.
• Clarify & give advise for the HS code, Import policies, 3rd Party specialized inspection.
• Reserve shipping document in proper location for Audit purpose afterwards.
• Closely work with forwarders to make sure the documentation, deliveries… to take place as scheduled.

Qualifications Requirements:

Can operate & manage the Customs Declaration system VNACCS VCIS.
Understand Customs Clearance process, Foreign Trade Law & Legally regulation on this field.
Hospitality experience is encouraged.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customs & Logistics field. Particularly, experience on Duty Exemption & Tax Reimbursement is preferable.
English communication is required.
Computer literate with Microsoft Excel skills.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customs & Logistics field. Particularly, experience on Temporary Import/ Re- export Gaming Items/ Duty Exemption & Tax Reimbursement is preferable.

Relevant degree, in Supply Chain, Accounting or related business discipline, from an academic institution
Positive attitude and enthusiasm.
English communication is required.
