Officer Inventory/ Nhân Viên Kiểm Kê Vật Tư

- Identify and report faulty equipment, damages, and safety concerns to Supervisor immediately
- Establish inventory catalogue system and do catalogue maintenance at international standard.
- Plan what to order, when to order, how many to order, when to deliver for inventory.
- Daily housekeeping
- Determine the sufficient amount of inventory and have activities to monitor the changes of stock level for timely planning (monitor service level, stock out level, slow moving, over max, etc.)
- Attend daily pre- start meeting
- Conduct Material Requirements Planning (MRP) as per the schedule
- Prepare report at required
- Identify the issues related to Inventory and recommend solutions
- Follow company standards and legal regulations to ensure a safe and positive work atmosphere.

Warehousing: Preferred
Self- directed, prioritize tasks: Essential
Microsoft Office: Essential
SAP: Essential
University Degree (Non- Relevant): Not required (on the job experience is essential in lieu of inadequate university qualifications).
