Office Manager (CSR & General Services)- Your future position?
In this role you will be largely responsible in corporate social responsibility strategy, planning, and execution. Aside from that, you will be the on- site key point of contact for employees and vendors to resolve facilities operational issues.

In this exciting role, you will:
Social Responsibility
Plan for the company CSR strategies and calendar events
Lead local projects and initiatives with focus on Health & Wellbeing, Community and Sustainability.
Internal Stakeholder Management
Proactively engage internal stakeholders to ensure that services expectations are met.
On- site key point of contact for vendors and employees.
Implement and ensure escalation procedures are in place and observed for problem reporting.
Vendor Management
Review monthly financial reports including the preparation of accruals and variance.
Negotiate the terms with vendors with support from IM&S.
Co- ordinate and monitor the contractor management program.
Administer the master data for approval process in vendor’s application.
Prepare monthly management report for Givaudan’s Management Committee.
Provide feedback on the outsourced staff and suggest relevant training to outsourced agencies.
Provide advisory to vendor on operational issues.
Continuous Improvement
Together with Continuous Improvement team, develop initiatives and strategies that lead to cost savings and service improvement.
Active review of service offerings through outsourced management.
