The Office Manager ensures smooth and efficient administrative processes across the organization, while also coordinating with external service providers such as accounting, legal, HR, and tax agencies. Additionally, the Office Manager will take full responsibility for preparing and obtaining all necessary licenses (import license, retail license, advertising license, product registration, etc.) required for the company’s health supplement business in Vietnam

DESCRIPTION
Office & operation Management
Act as the primary person in charge of overall office administration, ensuring smooth day- to- day operations.
Supervise general administration, procurement, vendor management, and office supplies.
Manage company records, contracts, licenses, and ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
Support operational logistics such as business travel, accommodation, and company events.
Manage budgets for office operation, administration, and ensure cost efficiency.
Coordinate and supervise external service providers for accounting, payroll, and tax compliance.
Work with building management for all matters related to office operation (security, parking, facilities, maintenance, etc.)
Licensing & Regulatory Preparation
Take full responsibility for obtaining all necessary licenses and approvals for the company’s business in Vietnam, including but not limited to:
Product Registration & Announcement with relevant authorities.
Advertising License for marketing activities.
Import License for health supplements.
Retail License for local sales.
Ensure all company operations and marketing activities comply with Vietnamese legal and regulatory requirements.
Marketing Leadership
Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer insights to adjust strategy.
Guide and evaluate the marketing team’s performance, ensuring effective execution.
Other tasks as assigned by HQ Management
Represent the company brand locally, ensuring all communication complies with corporate guidelines.
Provide strategic direction to the local marketing staff in line with HQ’s overall strategy.
Supervise marketing plans across e- commerce, social media, and offline activities.
Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI.
