NPI Engineer

Conduct product testing, manufacturability assessment, and process improvement.
Monitor and report new product implementation progress.
Create flowcharts, balance production lines, and coordinate with Process Engineering (PE) to verify work instructions.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective and timely transfer of new products from R&D to production, meeting technical standards.
Support supplier evaluation and selection for new components.
Plan and manage new product introduction processes.
Establish and optimize production processes for new products.
Train and support production teams during product transfer.
Utilize necessary software tools (i.e SOLIDWORK, ONSHAPE, OFFICE and AutoCAD) in design development and documentation.

Has experience liaising with Vendor.
Writing Report/Procedure in English & fluency in English
Bachelor&039;s degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electronics, Automation, or related fields)
Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and technical standards
Experience working with production, QA, PMC, PE and R&D departments.
Ensure compliance with ISO procedures and company quality requirements.
Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in new product introduction or technical project management
Equivalent Education Level Required
