Guest Service
Responsible for overseeing the overall hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth service delivery, guest satisfaction, and maintaining safety and security standards. Acts as the representative of hotel management during night hours and handles any issues or emergencies that may arise.
• Monitor room status, handle special requests, and oversee VIP arrivals or in- house guests.
• Ensure smooth check- in, check- out, and all front desk services are performed according to hotel standards.
• Represent hotel management during the night shift and handle all guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude while assisting and supporting other departments as needed.
Operation Control
• Review daily reports, ensure all transactions are accurate, and prepare the Night Audit Report and other operational summaries.
• Ensure the Night Audit process is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Supervise Front Desk, Concierge operations during the night.
• Monitor room occupancy, revenue, and daily forecast to ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting.
Security & Safety
• Immediately report serious incidents to senior management or the General Manager.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies such as fire, power outage, accidents, intoxicated or disruptive guests, etc.
• Oversee patrols and security checks of sensitive areas, emergency exits, and public zones.
• Ensure the safety and security of all guests, staff, and hotel property throughout the night shift.
Administration
• Verify and secure all financial transactions, invoices, and relevant reports.
• Maintain a detailed night logbook, noting all incidents, guest issues, and operational matters.
• Ensure accurate handover to the morning shift with all pending issues clearly communicated.
