Key Responsibilities:

Annotate game content such as dialogues, quests, and character interactions.
Collaborate with our research and product teams to develop state- of- the- art large language models and audio and video generation technologies.
Annotate and evaluate model responses against our internal language & logic rubrics in an effort to improve dialogue and overall interactions to achieve the best user experience possible.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in the data to optimize players’ gaming experience.

Qualification Process:

Only 1 Round: Online test.

Junior

Experience: 0–1 year of relevant internship or project experience, such as content creation, data annotation, AI product testing, etc.
Preferred major: English, Journalism, Psychology, Philosophy, Computer Science, Data Science, etc.
Education: Bachelor’s degree student or graduate; good English reading and writing skills (CEFR C1 or above).
Key Competencies:- Strong language expression and logical thinking skills.- Strong interest in AI and gaming.- Detail- oriented and patient, able to handle repetitive tasks.

Mid- Level

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, Master’s preferred; fluent in English (CEFR C1).
Key Competencies:- Familiar with basic LLM principles; experience in RLHF, fine- tuning, and evaluation is a plus.- Able to work independently and take responsibility for output quality.- Strong cross- team communication skills.
Preferred major: Linguistics, Psychology, Philosophy, Computer Science, Data Science, etc.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in content creation, AI model training, data annotation, or related roles.

Senior

Experience: 3+ years of experience in AI model training, data strategy, product optimization, etc.
Key Competencies:- Deep understanding of LLM training processes and evaluation mechanisms.- Able to lead data strategy development and model optimization direction.- Capable of team guidance and project management.
Education: Master’s degree or above.
Preferred major: Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Linguistics, etc.

100% salary during the 2- month probation period.
