Tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn 5 sao: Đảm bảo mỗi khu vực công cộng phải đạt chuẩn “tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh – thẩm mỹ – an toàn” theo SOP của khách sạn 5 sao; kiểm tra định kỳ, kiểm soát chất lượng nội bộ.5- star standards compliance: Ensure all public areas meet “cleanliness – aesthetics – safety” standards in accordance with five- star hotel SOPs; conduct regular inspections and internal quality control.
Hỗ trợ khách & giao tiếp nội bộ: Khi khách yêu cầu hỗ trợ (hướng dẫn, chuyển đồ nhỏ, vệ sinh nhanh nếu cần); phối hợp với bộ phận khác (Front Office, kỹ thuật)Guest assistance & internal communication: Support guests upon request (directions, carrying small items, quick cleaning when needed); coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Engineering).
Phòng họp/Hội trường/Sự kiện: Vệ sinh trước/trong/sau sự kiện; đảm bảo sạch sẽ, sắp xếp lại đồ dùng, kiểm tra hệ thống ánh sáng, âm thanh (nếu cần)Meeting rooms / ballrooms / event areas: Perform cleaning before, during, and after events; ensure cleanliness, furniture/equipment arrangement; check lighting and sound systems when required.
Bảo trì dụng cụ & hóa chất: Vệ sinh và bảo quản thiết bị (máy hút bụi, xe đẩy, khăn, thùng rác); theo dõi tồn kho hóa chất, vật tư; tuân thủ quy định an toàn hóa chấtEquipment & chemical maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment (vacuum cleaners, trolleys, cloths, bins); monitor inventory of chemicals and supplies; strictly follow chemical safety regulations.
Báo cáo & kiểm tra: Báo cáo mất mát, hư hỏng thiết bị, sàn trơn, vật dụng thiếu; sử dụng checklist và tuân thủ lịch dọn vệ sinh định kỳ; tham gia cuộc họp ca / briefing hàng ngàyReporting & inspection: Report lost items, damaged equipment, slippery floors, or missing supplies; ultilise cleaning checklists and follow scheduled cleaning routines; attend daily shift briefings.
Sảnh, khu tiếp khách, hành lang: Lau chùi bàn ghế, cửa kính, lan can, lau sàn đá/gạch, hút bụi thảm, lau tường, mạ kim loại (inox, tay vịn).Lobby, guest areas, and corridors: Clean furniture, floors, doors, railings; vacuum carpets, clean walls and polish metal surfaces (stainless steel, handrails).
Thang máy/Cầu thang/Lối đi: Lau nút bấm thang máy, tay vịn, kính; hút bụi, lau sàn; kiểm tra ánh sáng và sạch đẹpElevators / staircases / walkways: Clean elevator buttons, handrails, and glass panels; vacuum and mop floors; ensure lighting is functioning and areas are clean and presentable.
Nhà vệ sinh công cộng: Lau gương, lavabo, vòi nước, bồn cầu; thay giấy, khăn, xà phòng; lau sàn; khử mùi; kiểm tra & bổ sung vật tư vệ sinhPublic restrooms: Clean mirrors, washbasins, faucets, and toilets; replace toilet paper, towels, and soap; mop floors; deodorize; check and replenish cleaning supplies.

Tốt nghiệp THPT hoặc tương đương; kinh nghiệm trong khách sạn cao cấp là lợi thếHigh school graduate or equivalent; experience in a luxury hotel is an advantage.
