Job Summary
We are looking for Data Product Operations Executive who are motivated by challenges and are ready to dive into building solutions and turning our visions into a reality. You will have the ultimate responsibility for gathering customer insights, developing product requirements and managing the end- to- end delivery of VNPAY’s product strategy for all capabilities related to data and analytics, through agile project management
Responsibilities
Oversee customer data platform operations including people, processes, technology and data that support marketing promotions, campaigns and communications to help product team operate efficiently and cohesively
Manage daily stand- ups, iteration planning, sprint reviews, and drive sprints together with Scrum Master
Report weekly, monthly about the products/services & projects in charged, provide insights to understand & improve operating activities performance.
Manage the backlog of data features for all products. This involves the arrangement of all customer feedback, feature developments and data- driven insights for the improvements of all businesses and optimization operation process.
Job requirements:
Marketing related skill is a plus
Ability to work quickly while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
Data driven mindset
At least 1 year of experience in product operations position
Proficiency in working with data and business intelligence tools.
Understand Agile principles, practices, and Scrum methodologies
Proven problem- solving skills and exceptional organizational skills
Strong analytical thinking, business sense, and communication skills
