Role Overview:
The Warehouse Keeper is responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling inventory to ensure accurate stock records and smooth warehouse operations. This role supports daily production and business activities by maintaining proper storage, documentation, and equipment handling./Thủ kho chịu trách nhiệm quản lý, sắp xếp và kiểm soát hàng hóa, thiết bị trong kho nhằm đảm bảo tồn kho chính xác và hoạt động kho diễn ra hiệu quả, phục vụ tốt cho hoạt động sản xuất và vận hành của công ty.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with related departments for warehouse requests and deliveries./Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan trong việc xuất nhập kho.
Organize and arrange warehouse items neatly and safely./Sắp xếp hàng hóa trong kho gọn gàng, an toàn và khoa học.
Receive, store, and issue goods and equipment according to warehouse procedures./Tiếp nhận, lưu kho và xuất kho hàng hóa, thiết bị theo đúng quy trình.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper equipment handling./Đảm bảo vệ sinh, an toàn kho và bảo quản tốt tài sản, thiết bị.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks./Theo dõi, cập nhật số liệu tồn kho và thực hiện kiểm kê định kỳ.
Requirements:
Honest, hardworking, careful, and responsible./Trung thực, chăm chỉ, cẩn thận và có trách nhiệm.
Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory management./ Có kiến thức cơ bản về quy trình kho và quản lý tồn kho.
Good organizational and record- keeping skills./Kỹ năng sắp xếp, ghi chép và quản lý hồ sơ tốt.
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage./Có kinh nghiệm tương đương là một lợi thế.
