- Arrange pre- production meeting and release cutting approvals to proceed bulk production.
- Maintain orders in hand for related outsourcing factories by fulfilling the agreed capacity.
- Set up plan/ Time & Action plan for each outsourcing factory by accommodating all confirmed orders and coordinating with outsourcing factory for contract processing. (Plan Cut Date/ cutting plan/ production plan/ finishing plan).
- Follow up order reconciliations/ final payments/ seals order closing with outsourcing factory.
- Follow up with Central Warehouse in order to release materials to related outsourcing factory on time.
- Proceed orders by arranging contracts/ order detail/ master cutting plan (MCP)/ bill of materials (BOM)/ balance sheets/ patterns and mini makers/ approved samples/ approved trim cards, etc.
- Review work- in- progress (WIP) and production status daily to ensure achieving the set plans.
- Follow up weekly/ monthly shipment plans which has been set up for each outsourcing factory and make sure all shipments will be on time.
- Follow up initial samples/ pilot run/ size set samples with each outsourcing factory in order to start bulk production on time.
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
