- Arrange sequence of operations follow step by step when Reading & Analyze Assembly Product on 2D, 3D Send to Tech Dept making SOP- Bring out Plan running Sample Test (EVENT) ( TPPPPMPMP// EVTDVTPVTMP …) by EVENT information from Parent Company- Follow process running Sample Test- Checking each Station to find problem/ unreasonable point on Line :+ Define Station production have arrange reasonable with SOP of Tech making+ Checking Part List, Jig List, Operation,… consider need to change or no need…+ Checking Station have split is reasonable yet+ Define CTQ Station, Bring on condition, standard point working,... for other Depts+ Can be Analyze working principle; Testing Resistance, Line Current to find root Cause of NG Product+ Can be Disassembly PCB, SPK Unit,… to find root Cause of NG Product- Understanding of PCB, headphones; Development it to become Good Product- When have Problem: Analyze and find root cause Improve & Summarize the problem of HW, SW… Making specific detailed report- Collaborate Other Depts ( SW,HW,EQM,TECH,PROD,PQC,…) to Improve Problem related to Technical has been Summarize- Be proactive in all assigned tasks and complete on time- Do others Job as required by superiors

- Education: Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in one of the following foreign languages is highly advantageous: English, Korean, Japanese, or Chinese.- Technical Acumen:+ Solid understanding of PCB and headphone technologies.+ Experience or strong aptitude in hardware and software design and development.+ Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D technical drawings and designs.+ Demonstrated problem- solving skills with a systematic approach to root cause analysis and resolution.- Personal Attributes: Proactive, analytical, detail- oriented, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
