Implement, monitor, and maintain the Safety, Health, and Environment (HSE) system at the company.
Inspect and assess occupational safety risks; propose preventive and improvement measures.
Work with authorities during inspections and audits.
The Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (OSH) staff is responsible for ensuring that OSH and environmental activities within the company are carried out in accordance with legal regulations, aiming to prevent workplace accidents, occupational diseases, environmental incidents, and to build a safe and sustainable working environment.
Supervise work sites, remind and handle safety violations.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Prepare periodic reports on occupational accidents, incidents, and environmental issues.
Monitor compliance with occupational safety and health laws, fire prevention and control regulations, environmental regulations, and internal regulations.
Coordinate with relevant departments in fire prevention and control and emergency response.
Organize HSE training for employees and contractors (if any).

College/University degree in Occupational Safety, Environment, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field, or based on work experience.
Knowledge of laws regarding Health, Safety, Environment, and Fire Prevention and Control.
Skills in observation and risk analysis.
Basic level of written and spoken English.
Training, communication, and report writing skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Experience performing similar tasks in a factory environment is an advantage.
