Assist with promotions and familiarizations where requested
Liaison with advertising agency
Work with other Sunway properties and assist superiors including regional sales personnel to sell their properties
Attend monthly sales meetings
Attend to telephone, fax, email enquiries in a timely manner
Assist with compilation of annual budgets, business plan and regular action plans
Distributes sales leads
Organize Trade shows, functions and exhibitions where applicable and advised by Superiors
Assist with the planning and development of promotional strategies and marketing plans for the hotel
Co- ordinate and maintain supply of corporate gifts and promotional items
Co- ordinate all familiarizations and site inspections as required
Attend to all sales department mail and maintain a correspondence data base
Stock control of collateral
Prepare all administration documents required by the Hotel sales team
Statistical collation (weekly), maintain filing systems (manual and electronic)
Handle any other job assigned by management from time to time

- Enthusiastic and dynamic
- Have experience in a similar position is an advance
- Basic English communication

International working environment, 100% foreign company investment
Having Saturday and Sunday off
Providing uniform, meal and free of parking
Full salary + 70% service charge during probation
Pay social insurance based on basic salary
