Distribute and circulate information to relevant departments after reviewing and getting related clarifications from Customers if any.
Finalize costing for assigned styles and ensure all information regarding costs and lead time is mentioned accurately on the cost sheet. Check and update pre- costing/ final costing before sending to data team.
Procure raw material for the relevant styles as required quality standards in time to ensure smooth flow of sample submission.
Coordinate with team for risk analysis and initiate relevant tests for product performance as required by Customers. Identify areas of risk and/ or challenges within assigned work activity and escalate to the immediate supervisor timely.Initiate, develop, and finalize wash/ dyeing as required.
Check Purchase Order to ensure accurate information before sending to Printing/ Embellishment Plants, and follow up invoice for payment.
Review and develop fabrics / trims/ lab dips/ samples for relevant styles according to customer requirements/ expectations in an organised and timely manner.
Download and update all documents related to merchandising development from the Customers, Suppliers to ensure achieving development outcomes as required.
Work with Suppliers, Customers, and internal departments to facilitate and quote best price to Customers within the agreed timeline.
Book sample room capacity for relevant season/ Customers in a timely and accurate manner. Follow up and execute all relevant testing & TOP samples within agreed timelines as required by Customers.
Check mails and respond within 24 hours. Organize daily work execution in line with team&039;s Time & Action plan. Follow up and solve daily issues related assigned work activity.

Bachelor&039;s Degree in Business Administration, or related fields.
Knowledge of business acumen, garment merchandising development process
Negotiation skills, time management skills, problem solving skills, customer service skills
Communication and presentation skills, MS Office skills
Minimum of 01 to 2 years of similar capacity.
