Nhân Viên Pháp Lý - Legal Executive

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit documents for obtaining IRC and ERC, as well as for making amendments thereto.
• Communicate directly with the company’s clients via email and during business meetings.
• Prepare legal research and reports for the company’s management, and monitor legislative changes.
• Report to the Director and Legal Manager.
• Coordinate the registration of work permits, visas, TRCs, and employment contracts.
• Manage legal interactions with the Department of Home Affairs, Department of Finance, Immigration Department, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or Project Management.

Experience:1+ years of experience in a legal or corporate compliance role, project coordination, or a related field.

Experience in a similar business model or industry is an advantage.

Skills and Abilities:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Project management skills with basic knowledge of project management tools and software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and support senior legal managers.
• Knowledge of legal compliance and contract management, and ability to interpret legal documents.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Understanding of legal processes, terminology, and compliance requirements.
• Additional law training programs or certifications are a plus.
